Every Rak2art piece is handmade and individually created. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, dimensions, and finish are part of the character of handmade artwork and are not considered defects.

Returns

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back so that return instructions can be provided.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, return shipping costs and any associated customs or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly and include clear photographs of:

• the artwork;

• the original packaging;

• the shipping box; and

• the shipping label.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
