Products & Artwork
All Rak2art pieces are handmade. Each piece is individually created, and slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, or finish are part of the handmade nature of the artwork and are not considered defects.
Unless otherwise stated, numbered pieces are unique, individually cataloged artworks. Product photographs are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Orders & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Rak2art reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, technical issue, suspected fraud, or product availability error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Israel to destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, postal services, carriers, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Damaged Items
Because Rak2art pieces are handmade artworks, return eligibility may vary depending on the item and destination. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the item and its packaging so we can assist you.
Installation & Use
Where mounting materials or double-sided adhesive are supplied, they are provided for convenience. Customers are responsible for determining whether the mounting method is appropriate for their wall or surface and for installing the artwork securely.
Rak2art is not responsible for damage to walls, surfaces, furniture, the artwork, or other property resulting from improper installation, removal, handling, or use.
Rak2art artworks are decorative art objects and are not toys. They should be kept away from small children and pets.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding, and other content appearing on Rak2art.com are the property of Rak2art and/or Tal Rak unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, used commercially, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in violation of applicable law or these terms.
Limitation of Liability
